Research on Technology Solutions for Fatigued Driving for Professional Drivers in the UK
According to statistics compiled by The Road Safety Charity in the United Kingdom, 10 to 20 percent of annual road incidents are attributable to fatigued driving, resulting in a significant number of injuries, deaths, and property damage. Professional drivers play a crucial role in long-distance transportation and are more susceptible to the hazards of fatigued driving, including driver distraction, slowed reaction time, and diminished decision-making ability.
